As the course progresses, students will delve into more advanced techniques such as Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, Sitali, and Sitkari, and explore the connection between Pranayama and emotional balance, Ayurveda, energy, and the mind. They will also study the subtle body, including the chakras and nadis, and learn techniques for building and balancing prana, relaxation, and sleep.

In the later quarters of the course, students will explore the role of Pranayama in spiritual practices such as Kundalini awakening, self-inquiry, and the breath of life. They will also integrate Pranayama into their daily lives and practice, incorporating the techniques they have learned into their personal routines and teaching practices.
